Store Policies

Sunrise Video Games operates under the following Policies:

Payment

Sunrise Video Games will accept payment via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Money Order, or Personal Check. For personal checks and money orders, Sunrise Video Games will ship the item once payment has cleared (typically 5-10 business days after receipt). For all other payments, merchandise will ship upon receipt.

When paying via PayPal, you must submit your payment through our Secure Checkout System. Please do not send us your payment directly through PayPal, as this could result in a delay in the reconciliation of our books and the shipping of your products.

All checks and money orders are to be made out to our parent company, Sunrise Golf Sales, Inc.

Policy for Credit Card Transactions...

To reduce the risk of credit card fraud, Sunrise Video Games will cancel all credit card orders in which the "Bill To" address does not match the "Ship To" address. If legitimate customers wish to send games or accessories to family or friends, we ask that they call us at (904) 716-0217 to complete the transaction. Subsequently, we will contact our credit card merchant services and the issuing bank for voice authorization.

 

Sales Tax

As a Florida business, Sunrise Video Games is required to charge the 6% State Sales Tax on all products that are shipped to Florida addresses. In addition, we will charge the appropriate County Surtaxes. We will only waive Sales Tax for Florida businesses with Resale Certificates, but we will need to hold a copy of the certificate on file. If you are a Florida business and have the right to purchase items for resale, please email Pete Olson, our President, and entitle the email SALES TAX EXEMPTION. Subsequently, we will send you back instructions to follow to get the exemption.

 

Shipping & Handling - USPS and Fedex

Sunrise Video Games is currently set up for delivery to the United States and Canada only. All orders placed for delivery to other countries will reflect an incorrect shipping cost (based on US and/or Canada shipping rates), and as such we will cancel said orders within 24 hours. If customers outside the United States or Canada would like to place an order, we encourage them to contact us directly (Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm) at 904-716-0217.

Customers have the option to choose various shipping choices from the United States Postal Service or Fedex. As you choose items from the site, the shipping amount is calculated automatically (based on the total weight and dimensions of the products).

All products listed on this site are in stock and will ship from St. Augustine, Florida

Returns

At Sunrise Video Games, we value our customers and stand behind all of our merchandise. Should any customer be dissatisfied with any un-used purchased product, we encourage him or her to contact us at Sunrise Video Games Customer Service and explain why the product is not to his or her liking. Subsequently, we will do what we can to rectify the situation. Ultimately, though, should the customer remain dissatisfied, he or she will have the option to ship the merchandise back within fifteen days of receipt and receive either a full store credit or an 80% check or PayPal refund of the original purchase price for the product only (shipping and handling charges will not be credited). Prior to returning any item, customers should email us at Sunrise Video Games Customer Service and indicate the item being returned, as well as the associated invoice number. Please entitle the message RETURN. Shipping charges related to returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of damaged inventory, as follows...

Returns of Damaged / Non-Working Inventory - With both new and used video games, consoles, or accessories, there is always a small risk that the product just doesn't work. If this is the case, we request that customers return the item(s) at their expense initially; and upon receipt of the merchandise, we will first look to replace the item (if available) and provide the customer a store credit for the value of the return shipping cost. Should a replacement game not be available, the customer can choose to take a full store credit for the value of the product, shipping, and return shipping; or a 100% refund (payable via check, Credit Card, or PayPal).
