Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: How are your shipping costs determined?
A: Our shipping costs are calculated via direct feeds from Fedex and the United States Postal Service in accordance of the total weight and dimensions of the items you've ordered. Your final shipping options and costs will be displayed on the Invoice prior to confirming your order. For more information on shipping, please refer to our Policies.

Q: Why is Fedex even a choice? Isn't USPS less expensive?
A: In the many years we've been selling online and utilizing USPS because the lower rates, we have received numerous "Tracking Number" inquiries; however, as you may know, USPS does not offer package tracking except for its Express Mail service, which is far more expensive than standard Fedex Ground or Home Delivery. Thus, we include Fedex for its robust tracking capabilities, which are included at even their most economical rates.

Q: Is your Checkout Area Secure?
A: Absolutely. All customer information is protected by 128-bit SSL encryption. While checking out, you will be directed to an "https" secure webpage, and an icon--such as a lock or key--will be displayed in your browser's window.
