Sunrise Video Games is owned and operated by Sunrise Golf Sales, Inc. (d.b.a. Sunrise Golf), a Florida corporation established in December 2004. The original intent for the company was to build a fully stocked golf retail store that offered name-brand products, custom clubs, and club repair services. Our President, Pete Olson, with over ten years experience as a playing and teaching golf professional, as well as a decade in Corporate America management, thought that a golf retail store was the logical next chapter of his career. As research was conducted, though, it was soon realized that competing with the "big box" golf retail outlets would not prove to be a profitable endeavor. Thus, the decision was made to build an e-business and focus on selling custom golf clubs and golf club components through an eBay Store.

With the economy slowing down in 2008, as you might imagine, the golf business took a significant hit, so Mr. Olson began researching other means to help the company's profits continue to rise. Last Summer, it became obvious that people were spending more hours in front of the video game screens because it was less expensive entertainment than vacations, rounds of golf, and even dinners.

Thus, although the company still sells golf equipment on eBay, the Sunrise franchise has shifted its focus to an industry that is still thriving.  eBay sales are strong, and Sunrise remains a quality-service eBay Power Seller, which you can verify on the eBay Feedback Page.

Mr. Olson is curently putting together a team of advisors from the video game and other industries to brainstorm some fresh, new ideas for Sunrise Video Games. Plans that are already taking shape include but are not limited to online Video Game Rentals (a Netflix-type model for games), a Game Trade-In Program, Wholesale Game Distribution, as well as Software and Game Development.

Sunrise Video Games Budget Games(This Site):

This is the site where we offer budget video game titles that are typically six months or more past release date. We are able to acquire these games for decent prices from our distributors, and as such we can pass those lower costs on to our customers. The product mix on this site is very similar to what we offer on eBay and Amazon, and most of our customers shopping through those venues are not as interested in the newest releases as they are interested in getting great games for lower prices.

Sunrise Video Games Premier Games:

This is our premier video games site where customers have access to the newest releases and can even pre-order games in advance of their release. Although these games are obviously more expensive, the customers shopping on this site are looking specifically for the latest and greatest releases in the video game industry.
